On May 24, 2003,
Dr. Fulcher, Jr. and his congregation celebrated the opening of the
City of Truth.
The property was purchased the year before and only the framework of the building existed. With the help of the local congregation, the structure was completed and a new launching pad for the Gospel of the Kingdom was established. Now, all of the ministry’s outreach springs from this site.
The shortwave, internet and UpSnap programs are all regulated and controlled locally.
